Lynne
Lynne
Lynne has been scrapbooking on and off for 8 years and is the owner of Scrapadoodle. She became interested in scrapbooking through her hobby in photography.  The purchase of the store surprised her friends and family but not as much as it surprised her!  “I visited Scrapadoodle in November of 2002, and found out that the original owners had sold the business.  On a visit in December, it became apparent that the business was in trouble.  I hated to see my favorite scrapbook store go under so I told the woman working that if the new owner wanted some help to call me.  To my surprise, she did!  I’d been a small business owner for 20 years, and my intentions were to help her with her business but when the owner and I met, it became apparent she was not going to make it.  What happened next is a blur, but by January 8th I owned the store.”  Talk about supporting your local scrapbook store!!!

“It’s been a very challenging but fun adventure.   I have been blessed with the support of my husband, three wonderful daughters and an awesome Doodle Crew!  We’re definitely a work in progress but we’ve come a long way and I am very proud of the store and the staff that make it so special.  Our #1 goal is to help our customers preserve their memories by meeting their scrapbooking and paper craft needs.  In supporting our customer’s needs, we believe that they will continue to support our store.”
